I’m Jazimin — a published author, keynote speaker, and experience producer who blends creativity, spirituality, and strategy into everything I do. I created The Love Model, featured in Magnificently Made, as both a philosophy and a framework: a way to live and lead through love.

Professionally, I’ve spent years operating at the intersection of logistics and leadership — serving as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Experience Producer for organizations like Sound Agriculture, Icims, and SOSV’s IndieBio SF. I’ve mastered the art of weaving precision with empathy — running operations with excellence while nurturing the culture and soul of every environment I enter.

Today, through The Love Model, I’m stepping into my next evolution — offering Fractional Chief of Staff and Executive Support services to leaders, founders, and organizations who want to work with someone who brings both operational excellence and emotional intelligence to the table. I also design transformative experiences — for companies and individuals — that foster connection, rest, and creative renewal.
